También mencionó que las políticas económicas de tiempos de guerra de Trump han llevado a una expansión del crédito que fluye hacia las criptomonedas, con emisores de stablecoins comprando bonos del Tesoro para compensar los déficits gubernamentales.
Cabe destacar que el 30 de mayo de este año, Arthur Hayes creía que Ethereum podría subir a 5.000 USD este año.
El 3 de julio, Arthur Hayes escribió: "Desde ahora hasta que Jerome Powell hable en la reunión de la Fed en Jackson Hole en agosto, el mercado se consolidará en un nivel ligeramente inferior. Si se demuestra que la recarga de la TGA es perjudicial para la liquidez del USD, el riesgo a la baja se sitúa entre 90.000 y 95.000 USD. Si la recarga resulta intrascendente, Bitcoin oscilará alrededor de los 100.000 USD y no superará el máximo histórico de 112.000 USD".
