BlockBeats News, 12 de septiembre, según Bloomberg, WisdomTree Inc. ha lanzado su primer fondo tokenizado, brindando a los inversores exposición a inversiones de crédito privado. El WisdomTree Private Credit and Alternative Income Digital Fund (ticker: CRDT) se lanzó oficialmente el viernes pasado, rastreando un índice ponderado de 35 fondos cerrados, empresas de desarrollo comercial y fondos de inversión inmobiliaria. La compañía había lanzado previamente un ETF basado en este índice en 2021.
El fondo tokenizado tiene un importe mínimo de inversión de $25 y admite reembolsos en dos días. CRDT rastrea un índice de herramientas de inversión que cotizan en bolsa vinculado al crédito privado, un diseño que reduce la barrera de entrada y aumenta la liquidez, aunque todavía existe una capa entre los inversores y los préstamos subyacentes.
