El analista de ETF de Bloomberg, Eric Balchunas, declaró el jueves: "Se espera que REX lance un ETF spot de DOGE la próxima semana a través de la Ley de Sociedades de Inversión de 1940. Cabe destacar que su prospecto también incluye TRUMP, XRP y BONK, por lo que estos ETF podrían lanzarse en el futuro". La "Ley de Sociedades de Inversión de 1940" es una ley federal de EE. UU. que permite a los ETF establecer subsidiarias en otras jurisdicciones (como las Islas Caimán), permitiendo que los ETF obtengan exposición a estos activos sin violar la regla de fondos directos.
