La Comisión Reguladora de Valores de China y otros siete departamentos emitieron conjuntamente el "Plan de implementación para la rectificación integral de las actividades operativas transfronterizas ilegales de valores, futuros y fondos".
Se informa que el requisito general del "Plan de rectificación" es llevar a cabo una rectificación concentrada durante dos años, prohibiendo por completo las actividades operativas transfronterizas ilegales de instituciones extranjeras de valores, futuros y fondos, y logrando el objetivo de "prohibir resueltamente lo ilegal y limpiar de manera constante el inventario existente".
Los objetivos de la rectificación incluyen instituciones extranjeras dedicadas a negocios ilegales transfronterizos de valores, futuros y fondos, entidades nacionales relacionadas o colaboradoras que ayuden a instituciones extranjeras en operaciones transfronterizas ilegales, intermediarios ilegales que soliciten inversores nacionales, plataformas de internet y medios digitales que publiquen información ilegal, entre otros. Las actividades operativas transfronterizas ilegales de instituciones extranjeras serán prohibidas de acuerdo con la ley, y los comportamientos de las entidades pertinentes que infrinjan leyes y reglamentos relacionados con la gestión de divisas, la lucha contra el lavado de dinero, la ciberseguridad y la gestión de la información, la protección de datos personales, etc., también se incluirán en el alcance de la rectificación.
