به گزارش Caixin، در واکنش به تحقیقات کمیسیون تنظیم مقررات اوراق بهادار چین در مورد Changqiao Securities و جرایم اداری پیشنهادی، Changqiao Securities اعلام کرد که نهادهای دارای مجوز آن تحت نظارت نهادهای نظارتی خارجی مانند کمیسیون اوراق بهادار و آتی هنگکنگ قرار دارند.
Changqiao تأکید کرد که وجوه مشتریان کاملاً از وجوه عملیاتی شرکت جدا بوده و طبق الزامات قانونی در حسابهای بانکی امانی مستقل نگهداری میشوند؛ سهام ایالات متحده و هنگکنگ تحت تملک نیز به ترتیب توسط شرکت سپردهگذاری و تسویه اوراق بهادار (DTCC) و شرکت تسویه اوراق بهادار هنگکنگ (HKSCC) نگهداری شده و توسط صندوق جبران خسارت سرمایهگذاران هنگکنگ (ICF) محافظت میشوند. در عین حال، این شرکت تمامی الزامات اصلاحی را به دقت اجرا کرده و ترتیبات مربوطه را به صورت قانونی و منطبق بر مقررات پیش خواهد برد.
