هلدینگ فوتو (FUTU.O) امروز اعلام کرد که اخطاریه تحقیقات و پیشاخطاریه مجازات اداری را از سوی کمیسیون تنظیم مقررات اوراق بهادار چین (CSRC) و شعبه شنژن آن دریافت کرده است.
CSRC اشاره کرد که برخی از نهادهای فوتو در سرزمین اصلی چین و هنگکنگ بدون دریافت مجوزها یا تاییدیههای لازم، به فعالیتهای مربوط به اوراق بهادار، فروش صندوقهای سرمایهگذاری عمومی و معاملات آتی در سرزمین اصلی چین پرداختهاند که این امر نقض قانون اوراق بهادار، قانون صندوقهای سرمایهگذاری اوراق بهادار و قانون معاملات آتی و مشتقات جمهوری خلق چین محسوب میشود. CSRC قصد دارد به شرکتهای مربوطه دستور اصلاح یا توقف چنین فعالیتهایی را بدهد، درآمدهای غیرقانونی را مصادره کند و جریمههایی اعمال نماید که مجموع جریمه پیشنهادی حدود ۱.۸۵ میلیارد یوان (تقریباً ۲۷۱ میلیون دلار آمریکا) است.
علاوه بر این، CSRC قصد دارد جریمه شخصی ۱.۲۵ میلیون یوانی (حدود ۱۸۳,۵۷۵ دلار آمریکا) برای بنیانگذار و مدیرعامل شرکت، آقای لی هوا، اعمال کند. هلدینگ فوتو اعلام کرد که جریمههای پیشنهادی همچنان منوط به طی مراحل قانونی بیشتر و تصمیم نهایی CSRC است.
