BlockBeats News, 27 octobre, le projet blockchain Kite AI a annoncé avoir reçu un investissement stratégique de Coinbase Ventures.
Selon les informations officielles, ce financement fait suite au récent tour de table de 33 millions de dollars mené par PayPal Ventures et General Catalyst. Les nouveaux fonds seront utilisés pour soutenir le développement de son infrastructure de paiement pour agents IA via smart contract et pour collaborer avec Coinbase afin d'accélérer l'adoption massive du protocole x402.
Il est rapporté que Kite a intégré nativement la norme de paiement pour agents IA x402 de Coinbase depuis sa création. En tant que l'une des premières blockchain de couche 1 à mettre en œuvre des primitives de paiement compatibles avec x402, Kite permet aux agents IA d'initier, de recevoir et de régler directement les paiements via une autorisation d'intention standardisée. Cela établit la position de Kite en tant que couche native d'exécution et de règlement pour le protocole x402 et l'économie émergente des agents intelligents.
