BlockBeats News, 12 septembre, selon Bloomberg, WisdomTree Inc. a lancé son premier fonds tokenisé, offrant aux investisseurs une exposition aux investissements en crédit privé. Le WisdomTree Private Credit and Alternative Income Digital Fund (ticker : CRDT) a été officiellement lancé vendredi dernier, suivant un indice équipondéré de 35 fonds fermés, sociétés de développement commercial et fonds de placement immobilier. La société avait précédemment lancé un ETF basé sur cet indice en 2021.
Le fonds tokenisé a un montant d'investissement minimum de 25 $ et prend en charge les rachats sous deux jours. CRDT suit un indice d'outils d'investissement cotés en bourse adossé au crédit privé, une conception qui abaisse la barrière à l'entrée et augmente la liquidité, bien qu'il existe toujours une couche entre les investisseurs et les prêts sous-jacents. Lors du lancement du fonds CRDT de WisdomTree, il a été tokenisé sur les blockchain Ethereum et Stellar, avec des projets d'expansion vers d'autres blockchain comme Avalanche dans les semaines à venir.
