Согласно официальным источникам, CEA Industries (NASDAQ: VAPE) и 10X Capital объявили о закрытом размещении акций на сумму 5 млрд долларов при поддержке YZi Labs с целью создания крупнейшей в мире публичной финансовой компании, работающей с BNB. Финансирование состоит из двух частей:
· PIPE-финансирование обыкновенными акциями: на общую сумму 5 млрд долларов (включая 4 млрд долларов наличными + 1 млрд долларов в криптовалюте)
· Исполнение варрантов: в случае полного исполнения ожидается привлечение дополнительных 7,5 млрд долларов наличными
Согласно официальному заявлению, на данное PIPE-размещение поступили заявки с превышением подписки от более чем 140 институциональных инвесторов по всему миру. В числе ключевых участников: YZi Labs, Pantera Capital, Arche Capital, GSR, Borderless, Arrington Capital, Blockchain.com, Hypersphere Capital, Kenetic, dao5, Protocol Ventures, Reciprocal Ventures, G-20 Group, Three Point Capital, Propel Horizon, Exinity, Winone, Nano Labs и другие.
