BlockBeats News, 5 сентября, согласно globenewswire, Trump Media & Technology Group объявила сегодня о завершении ранее анонсированного соглашения о приобретении с Crypto.com.
Согласно соглашению, Trump Media & Technology Group приобретет 6,844 миллиарда токенов Cronos (CRO) по цене примерно 0,153 доллара за токен, при этом сделка была проведена через обмен 50% акций и 50% денежных средств с Crypto.com. Эти токены составляют около 2% от текущего циркулирующего предложения CRO (кроме того, компания CRO Strategy Company, принадлежащая Trump Media & Technology Group, приобретет около 19% от циркулирующего объема CRO).
Trump Media & Technology Group будет хранить свои CRO через институциональный кастодиальный сервис Crypto.com Custody, что позволит Trump Media & Technology Group получать дополнительный доход за счет стейкинг токенов.
