Ba kẻ bắt cóc đã bị kết án 12 năm tù mỗi người vì bắt cóc vợ của doanh nhân tiền điện tử địa phương Stéphane Winkel vào tháng 12 năm 2024 và yêu cầu tiền chuộc bằng tiền điện tử.
