أعلنت شركة Futu Holdings (FUTU.O) اليوم أنها تلقت إخطاراً بالتحقيق وإخطاراً مسبقاً بعقوبة إدارية من هيئة تنظيم الأوراق المالية الصينية (CSRC) وفرعها في شنتشن.
أشارت هيئة تنظيم الأوراق المالية الصينية (CSRC) إلى أن بعض كيانات Futu في البر الرئيسي للصين وهونغ كونغ قد شاركت في أعمال الأوراق المالية، وبيع الصناديق العامة، وأعمال العقود الآجلة في البر الرئيسي للصين دون الحصول على التراخيص أو الموافقات اللازمة، مما يعد انتهاكاً لقانون الأوراق المالية، وقانون صناديق الاستثمار في الأوراق المالية، وقانون العقود الآجلة والمشتقات المالية لجمهورية الصين الشعبية. وتعتزم الهيئة إلزام الشركات المعنية بتصحيح أو وقف هذه الأنشطة، ومصادرة المكاسب غير القانونية، وفرض غرامات، حيث تبلغ قيمة الغرامة الإجمالية المقترحة حوالي 1.85 مليار يوان (حوالي 271 مليون دولار أمريكي).
