Según Cointelegraph, el indicador clave que mide la participación institucional en el mercado cripto, la prima de Coinbase, ha caído a un terreno negativo más profundo, lo que indica una mayor presión vendedora por parte de las instituciones. Esta prima ha sido mayoritariamente negativa desde finales de abril, acelerando su descenso en los últimos siete días y registrando un mínimo mensual del -0,0983%. El analista de CryptoQuant, Darkfost, afirmó que la presión vendedora de las instituciones se ha intensificado recientemente, lo que sugiere que las instituciones y los inversores profesionales que operan en Coinbase Advanced están vendiendo de forma más agresiva que los inversores en Binance.
Desde el 14 de mayo, el ETF de Bitcoin al contado en EE. UU. ha registrado salidas netas durante cuatro días consecutivos, totalizando 1300 millones de dólares.
