Selon Tech In Asia, K25.ai, une plateforme de marché de prédiction et de streaming en direct dirigée par l'ancien directeur des opérations d'OKX, Andy Cheung, et basée à Singapour, a annoncé que le groupe NewGenIVF (NIVF), coté au Nasdaq, a réalisé un investissement préliminaire de 2 millions de dollars pour une valorisation de 100 millions de dollars. Cet investissement pourrait par la suite atteindre 10 millions de dollars. L'accord accorde également à NIVF un partenariat institutionnel exclusif dans la région Asie-Pacifique. K25.ai et NIVF prévoient de s'étendre sur des marchés tels que Singapour, la Thaïlande, le Japon, l'Australie et la Nouvelle-Zélande. La startup a déclaré qu'elle étudiait les moyens d'entrer sur le marché public par le biais de transactions stratégiques ou de fusions inversées, mais rien ne garantit que les projets d'introduction en bourse aboutiront.
