به گزارش فورچون، پلتفرم معاملاتی مشتقات غیرمتمرکز Variational از تکمیل دور جذب سرمایه ۵۰ میلیون دلاری سری A به رهبری Dragonfly Capital و با مشارکت Bain Capital Crypto و Coinbase Ventures خبر داد.
دفتر مرکزی این شرکت در جزایر کیمن واقع شده و هدف آن ایجاد یک پروتکل مشتقات درونزنجیرهای برای معاملهگران نهادی و سنتی است. این پلتفرم با تجمیع نقدینگی از بازارهای مالی سنتی و بازار کریپتو، قصد دارد بازاری درونزنجیرهای برای داراییهای واقعی مانند نفت و کالاها فراهم کند که قابلیت معامله فوری داشته باشند. محصول اصلی این شرکت، پلتفرم Omni، از مدل بدون کارمزد استفاده کرده و با ترکیب مکانیسم استخر نقدینگی، عمق بازار و کارایی اجرا را افزایش میدهد.
Variational اعلام کرد که هدفش رقابت مستقیم با صرافیهای متمرکز نیست، بلکه قصد دارد با استفاده از مدلی «کارگزاریمحور» و اتصال نقدینگی از منابع مختلف، از جمله بازارسازان مالی سنتی و پلتفرمهای معاملاتی اصلی کریپتو، مشکل «شروع سرد نقدینگی» در بازارهای درونزنجیرهای را حل کند.
