شرکت Yunfeng Financial (00376.HK) بهطور رسمی محصول «توکن طلای فیزیکی» را در پلتفرم «Yunfeng Youyu» خود راهاندازی کرد که برای کاربران دارای گواهی سرمایهگذار حرفهای (PI) در دسترس است. این محصول با تکیه بر زیرساخت بلاکچین و توکنیزاسیون RWA شرکت AlphaToken ارائه شده و هدف آن ارائه خدمات تخصیص دارایی دیجیتال منطبق با مقررات در حوزه طلا برای سرمایهگذاران حرفهای است.
طبق توضیحات ارائهشده، این توکن طلا به طلای فیزیکی با گواهی LBMA و خلوص ۹۹.۹۹٪ متصل است و هر توکن معادل ۱ گرم طلا میباشد. داراییهای مرتبط در خزانههای دارای گواهی بینالمللی نگهداری میشوند و شفافیت و امنیت آنها از طریق حسابرسیهای مستقل و مکانیسمهای نگهداری کاملاً مجزا تضمین میگردد.
شرکت AlphaToken اعلام کرد که شبکه اختصاصی AlphaChain و سیستم فناوری توکنیزاسیون RWA این شرکت، فرآیندهای انطباق با مقررات از جمله KYC، ضد پولشویی (AML)، صدور دارایی، حسابرسی و کنترل ریسک را در زیرساخت اصلی خود تعبیه کردهاند تا قابلیتهای صدور و مدیریت درونزنجیرهای را برای مؤسسات مالی دارای مجوز فراهم کنند.
شرکت Yunfeng Financial اعلام کرد که راهاندازی این محصول گامی مهم در حوزه داراییهای دنیای واقعی (RWA) محسوب میشود و در آینده، این شرکت با ادغام فناوریهای هوش مصنوعی و Web3، محصولات مدیریت ثروت درونزنجیرهای بیشتری را برای مؤسسات و سرمایهگذاران حرفهای عرضه خواهد کرد.
