BlockBeats News, le 29 octobre, selon TheBlock, le fournisseur de services de jetons Securitize a annoncé son intention d'entrer en Bourse aux Etats-Unis par le biais d'une Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC), avec une valorisation des actions avant cotation de 1,25 milliard de dollars. La SPAC est parrainée par une filiale de Cantor Fitzgerald. La société post-fusion sera renommée Securitize Corp., cotée au Nasdaq sous le symbole boursier SECZ, et prévoit de jeter ses propres fonds propres.
Dans le cadre du processus de cotation, Securitize prévoit de lever 469 millions de dollars, dont 225 millions auprès d'un Private Investment in Public Equity (PIPE). Les actionnaires existants tels que ARK Invest, BlackRock, Blockchain Capital, entre autres, transféreront 100% de leurs fonds propres dans la société post-fusion.
