上観ニュースの報道によると、2026年5月17日、上海の崇明区竖新镇で70歳を超える老人の龔老伯は、短編動画プラットフォームで「投資指導者」と偽装した詐欺師を信じ込み、「低投資、高リターン」という餌に誘導されてビットコインに投資することになり、異なる銀行の窓口に2度訪れて10万元の現金を引き出そうとしました。
銀行の窓口係は異常に気づき、詐欺防止の警告メカニズムを起動し、警察と連携して説得に入った。警察官は実際のケースを基に、国内で明確に仮想通貨の取引や投機が禁止されていることを老人に説明し、いわゆる「ビットコイン投資」はすべて詐欺であると伝え、その場で老人が詐欺関連のソフトウェアを削除し、詐欺師の微信をブロックするのを手伝った。警察と銀行が2度にわたり忍耐強く説得した結果、老人は最終的に詐欺を認識し、送金を放棄しました。
