Edaily の報道によると、韓国の FIU は暗号通貨の規制を厳格化する計画で、1000 万ウォン（約 7200 ドル）以上の海外暗号取引の申告義務を設け、KYC 情報の検証と Travel Rule の適用範囲を強化する予定です。
FIU は本日（5 月 19 日）に Upbit、Bithumb、Coinone、Korbit、GOPAX など韓国の主要な 5 つの暗号取引所の CEO および DAXA と初めての座談会を開催する見込みです。
韓国の業界専門家は、大口取引に対して「全量申告」を実施することは過剰規制にあたる可能性があり、ユーザーや資金が海外プラットフォームに流出する恐れがあると警告しています。規制当局は単一の金額の閾値ではなく、異常な取引パターンにもっと注目すべきだと提案しています。
