The Block の報道によると、欧州連合は「暗号資産市場規制法案」（MiCA）の公開評価と相談を正式に開始し、デジタル資産の急速な進化の中でこの枠組みの適用性を評価し、8月31日まで業界と一般からの意見を募集します。
今回の評価は、MiCAの核心ルール体系をカバーしており、暗号資産の発行、資産参照トークン（ART）、電子通貨トークン（EMT）、および暗号資産サービス提供者（CASP）などの重要な規制分野を含みます。欧州連合のこの相談は、一般向けの意見募集と、金融機関、規制当局、業界団体向けの技術的な特別相談の2つのルートに分かれています。
欧州委員会は、この動きが世界的なデジタル資産市場の継続的な進化と、アメリカやアジアにおける暗号規制の迅速な進展による競争圧力から生じたものであると述べています。同時に、MiCAの移行期間は2026年7月に終了し、その時点で暗号企業は完全にコンプライアンスの承認を取得する必要があります。
最近、ZerohashはMiCA CASPライセンスとオランダの電子通貨機関の許可を同時に取得した最初の企業となり、ポーランドも地元のMiCA実施法案を通過させました。Coinbaseの欧州政策責任者は、MiCAが世界的な初期基準を確立したが、「規制の安全性と国際競争力を両立させるために特定の最適化が必要である」と述べています。
