Citó a JPMorgan como ejemplo, señalando que la institución aún "minimizaba" a Bitcoin hace 18 meses, pero que ahora permite a sus clientes utilizar sus tenencias de Bitcoin como garantía para solicitar préstamos hipotecarios.
Eric Trump también mencionó que instituciones financieras tradicionales como Merrill y Charles Schwab han comenzado a adoptar Bitcoin. Afirmó que estas entidades se dieron cuenta de que no pueden seguir luchando contra las tendencias de la industria y, por lo tanto, han comenzado a apoyar el ecosistema de Bitcoin.
