Según noticias del mercado, esta red es operada por el empresario iraní Babak Zanjani, quien afirma ser un operador "anti-sanciones". Informes internos de cumplimiento de Binance indican que, hasta diciembre pasado, esta red completó aproximadamente 850 millones de dólares en transacciones a través de Binance en los últimos dos años, con la mayoría de las operaciones concentradas en una sola cuenta.
