MY Group anunció la finalización de una ronda de inversión estratégica de 3 millones de dólares en ClawMax, una infraestructura de derivados descentralizados impulsada por IA, y ambas partes han alcanzado oficialmente una cooperación profunda.
Se informa que ClawMax es una plataforma centrada en direcciones tecnológicas clave como la creación de mercado con IA, la ejecución inteligente de estrategias, el copy trading descentralizado y la gestión de riesgos on-chain. Tras completar esta ronda de inversión, ClawMax continuará operando de forma independiente, mientras que MY Group proporcionará apoyo en áreas como tráfico ecológico, recursos de capital y estructura de cumplimiento.
Además, la parte oficial reveló que MY Group ha iniciado actualmente un proceso de capitalización global y está avanzando simultáneamente en su salida a bolsa en el Nasdaq. En el futuro, ClawMax participará como socio tecnológico clave en la construcción colaborativa ecológica posterior.
