Según Fortune, la plataforma de trading de derivados descentralizados Variational anunció la finalización de una ronda de financiación Serie A de 50 millones de dólares, liderada por Dragonfly Capital, con la participación de Bain Capital Crypto y Coinbase Ventures.
La empresa tiene su sede en las Islas Caimán y se dedica a construir un protocolo de derivados on-chain para operadores financieros institucionales y tradicionales. Al agregar liquidez de las finanzas tradicionales y del mercado cripto, su objetivo es proporcionar un mercado on-chain para activos reales, como petróleo y materias primas, que puedan negociarse al instante.
