BlockBeats News, August 6, Hut 8 Corp (HUT), a publicly listed mining company on the US stock market, announced that its subsidiary, American Bitcoin, and Gryphon Digital Mining's stock-for-stock merger transaction has entered the shareholder voting phase. Gryphon will hold a special shareholder meeting on August 27, with voting conducted by registered shareholders as of July 25. The transaction is expected to be completed in early September 2025. After the merger, the entity will operate under the American Bitcoin brand and be listed on the Nasdaq stock exchange with the stock symbol "ABTC".
