Micron (MU) Earnings Date: When Q4 FY2026 Reports and What to Watch
Micron Technology (MU) has confirmed the date of its Q4 FY2026 earnings report: Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Micron announced on August 26, 2026 that it will hold its fiscal fourth quarter earnings conference call on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. Mountain time (4:30 p.m. ET / 20:30 UTC), which is 5:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2026 in Japan (Mountain Daylight Time is UTC−6; JST is UTC+9). The call will be webcast live on Micron's investor-relations site. The date keeps the company's Wednesday cadence (FY2026: Q1 on December 17, Q2 on March 18, Q3 on June 24) and lands one week later than last year's Q4 report of September 23, 2025. Micron has not stated a separate results-release time; the earnings press release normally precedes the call. This article was updated the same day the company confirmed the date.
Company guidance: the benchmark for the print
Micron's own guidance for fiscal Q4 2026, issued with its Q3 results on June 24, 2026, is the baseline the reported figures should be read against. This article does not carry analyst consensus or price targets.
- Revenue: US$50.0 billion ± $1.0 billion (GAAP and non-GAAP)
- Gross margin: approximately 86% (GAAP and non-GAAP)
- Operating expenses: about $1.86 billion GAAP / $1.65 billion non-GAAP
- Diluted EPS: $30.73 ± $1.00 GAAP / $31.00 ± $1.00 non-GAAP
The comparison base: fiscal Q3 2026 (ended May 28, 2026) revenue was $41.46 billion (versus $23.86 billion in Q2 and $9.30 billion a year earlier), with GAAP net income of $28.24 billion ($24.67 per diluted share), non-GAAP net income of $28.86 billion ($25.11), and operating cash flow of $25.39 billion. All figures are from Micron's own press release filed with the SEC.
What to watch
- Actuals versus the company's own plan — where revenue lands inside the $50.0B ± $1.0B band and whether gross margin holds near 86%.
- A 14-week quarter — Micron's fiscal year ends on the Thursday closest to August 31 (September 3, 2026 this year), and FY2026 is a 53-week year, so Q4 contains an extra week versus a normal quarter. Sequential comparisons carry that extra week.
- HBM progress — as of the Q3 report, Micron said HBM4 built on its 1-beta DRAM technology was in high-volume shipment for its lead customer's platform.
After the report
Results will be reflected in this article after the announcement, compared against that company guidance. Primary sources are Micron's news releases (micron.com), the IR site (investors.micron.com), and its SEC filings. All figures above are from the company's June 24, 2026 press release; the report date is from Micron's announcement of August 26, 2026.
