BILL is the token of Billions Network, a decentralized-identity project that uses zero-knowledge proofs to let a person prove they are a real human without revealing who they are, and extends the same idea to AI agents. The token launched on 4 May 2026 and trades on WEEX in both perpetual futures and spot. Instead of a price forecast, this page collects the things the token's future actually depends on: the project, the tokenomics, the vesting schedule and the events that have moved the price so far.
At the time of writing the official site displays more than 2.5 million verified users and lists large partners (Base, Near, HSBC, Telefónica and others) as "trusted by". These are the project's own claims and are quoted here as such, not as independently verified facts.
| Item | Value |
|---|---|
| Total / max supply | 10 billion BILL (fixed, zero inflation) |
| Circulating at TGE | about 24.3% (~2.4 billion tokens) |
| Circulating supply (CoinGecko, 20 Aug 2026) | about 2.43 billion BILL |
| Community | 40% — about 6.3% unlocked at TGE, the rest over 4 years with front-loaded emissions |
| Foundation | 32% — half unlocked at TGE, the other half locked until year 2, then linear to year 4 |
| Contributors (team and builders) | 20% — one-year cliff, then linear to year 4 |
| Investors | 6% — 12-month cliff, four-year vesting |
The table is sourced from exchange education pages (Bitunix and Bitget) that republish the official tokenomics; no dated unlock schedule is yet listed on the unlock trackers, so no specific "next unlock" can be stated. Reading the terms, the one-year cliff on the team and investor tranches falls around May 2027 given the May 2026 TGE — that is a reading of the table, not an announced event.
The token generation event on 4 May 2026 was a coordinated multi-exchange debut; Binance Alpha, KuCoin and Bybit are named as day-one venues across sources, and CoinGecko today shows Coinbase, Bitget, Bybit and KuCoin as the main markets. On WEEX, Billions Network trades as a BILL/USDT perpetual futures pair and on the BILL/USDT spot market (both confirmed on 20 August 2026 through WEEX's public API). Leveraged futures amplify losses as well as gains; spot or low leverage is the more sensible starting point for a newcomer. Charts and market data are on the BILL price page and the Billions Network price analysis page.
The most-cited reason for post-launch weakness is the presale episode: participants in the August 2025 presale were to receive 75% of their tokens at TGE, but days before launch this became a choice between a refund and a 6–12 month lockup, and some of the community called it a scam. Kaito's CEO attributed the change to exchange feedback, and community-round participants were offered a full refund with a 5% bonus among their options. Separately, on-chain investigator ZachXBT flagged potentially inflated metrics and AI spam in Kaito-linked campaigns; that is an allegation and should be read as one.
Nobody knows the BILL price and this page does not forecast one. The list below is what can demonstrably change supply or demand for the token:
Per CoinGecko, BILL has contracts on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Mantle and Solana; match the network carefully with your exchange when depositing or withdrawing.
The honest answer is that it depends on whether the project turns ZK identity into durable demand. So far it has major backers, an experienced team and live products; against that, a contentious presale, rising supply and a price at its all-time low. This page offers no price forecast.
On WEEX both the BILL futures and the BILL/USDT spot market are live; elsewhere, CoinGecko lists Coinbase, Bitget, Bybit and KuCoin as the main markets.
