HiddenLayer Raises $100 Million in Series B Funding with Participation from Morgan Stanley and Others

Artificial intelligence security company HiddenLayer has completed a $100 million Series B funding round, led by Delta-v Capital, with participation from Booz Allen Ventures, Microsoft M12, Morgan Stanley, and Ten Eleven Ventures. The company has raised a total of over $155 million to date. HiddenLayer focuses on securing the entire lifecycle of generative AI, predictive AI, and AI agents, with its enterprise platform offering features such as AI asset discovery, AI supply chain security, attack simulation, and runtime protection. The new funds will be used to enhance the runtime security capabilities of AI agents, particularly targeting AI programming agents.
