Witnesses include SIFMA President Kenneth Bentsen, Blockchain Association CEO Summer Mersinger, DTCC Deputy General Counsel Christian Sabella, Nasdaq Chief Legal and Compliance Officer John Zecca, and Plume Network General Counsel Salman Banaei.
