APX Lending Plans to Launch Bitcoin-Backed Home Loans in 2027
APX Lending plans to launch Bitcoin-backed home loans in the first quarter of 2027, allowing homebuyers to obtain a down payment or full payment for a home by collateralizing Bitcoin. Pre-registration is currently open. APX has not yet disclosed the loan interest rates, repayment terms, loan-to-value ratio limits, or collateral liquidation conditions. Its existing crypto-backed loan annual interest rates range from 9.99% to 11.49%, but these may not necessarily apply to the new product.
