Axe Compute Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Penguin Solutions

Axe Compute (AGPU) has signed a multi-year strategic cooperation agreement with Penguin Solutions (PENG), incorporating the latter's technology and services into its partner network to accelerate the delivery of the customized AI infrastructure project "Axe Compute Build." Axe Compute has currently signed contracts for AI infrastructure projects exceeding $3.45 billion and has selected Penguin at multiple sites, focusing on large GPU cluster deployments. Penguin will provide expert deployment and operational services for designated GPU cluster sites, including its ClusterWareAI operating system software, as well as 24/7 network operations center support in collaboration with Axe Compute. Axe Compute positions itself as a bare-metal AI infrastructure neocloud for enterprises, while Penguin claims its AI Factory platform combines hardware and software with system integration capabilities to assist customers in accelerating deployment and meeting service level agreements.
