China's Securities Regulator Raises Listing Threshold for Humanoid Robot Companies
The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) is seeking to raise the threshold for humanoid robot companies to enter the public capital market. The regulatory body has held informal talks with investment banks and institutional investors, signaling a move to increase listing requirements. This action is related to the market performance of Yuzhu Technology, which saw its stock price surge by 460% on its first day of trading, followed by a decline of about 50%, bringing its market value down to approximately $30 billion. The regulatory authorities are attempting to quell the market frenzy triggered by this situation.
