Extension of the Loan Restructuring Program until August 31, 2027
The Deposit Guarantee Fund has extended the simplified loan restructuring program for individuals until August 31, 2027, with a symbolic interest rate of 0.001% per annum. In 2026, borrowers repaid UAH 144.8 million, and since the beginning of 2022, receipts have exceeded UAH 1.58 billion. The program is available for individuals, except for those whose debts have already been restructured. The terms include an interest rate of 0.001% and a fee of 1 kopeck, with mandatory monthly payments: at least UAH 10,000 for mortgage loans, UAH 1,000 for other loans, and UAH 5,000 for credit card loans over UAH 100,000. To participate, an application must be submitted to the bank along with a payment. Separate conditions apply for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs: a first payment of 5%, an interest rate of 0.1% for 18 months, 3% for 19-24 months, and 5% for more than two years. Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs must consult with the lending bank.
