Five On-Chain Bitcoin Indicators Turn Bullish Simultaneously
Five on-chain indicators for Bitcoin have entered ranges that have historically been associated with bullish markets for the first time since October 2025. The BIT trading model has also maintained a net buying position of 67% for the second consecutive month. However, the recent drop of nearly $7,000 indicates that the positive signals from the network have not yet been accompanied by a sustained price improvement. The realized price for short-term holders stands at $74,319. The market's realized average has reached $77,460. The market value to realized value (MVRV) ratio has also entered a range historically associated with bullish markets. The net unrealized profit and loss (NUPL) has returned to positive territory, and the value destroyed days (VDD) indicator has also signaled bullishness. At the time of writing, Bitcoin is trading around $82,715, having dropped 2.3% over the past week. This retreat followed the price's failure to break through $87,000 and the exit of $731 million from spot ETFs on October 7 and 8. The improvement in on-chain indicators is a hopeful sign for the market, but the outflow of capital from ETFs and profit-taking by investors continue to put pressure on prices.
