Infosys Showcases Ontology and GraphDB Technology at AI Summit Seoul
Infosys showcased its enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) technology based on ontology and GraphDB at the 'AI Summit Seoul and Expo 2026' held at COEX in Seoul. The event runs from the 19th to the 21st, with the conference taking place on the 19th and 20th, and the expo on the 21st. This year's theme is the convergence of AI and industry, with key topics including AI agents, agentic AI, physical AI, and industry-specific AI integration. Infosys introduced enterprise AI application solutions utilizing ontology and GraphDB in collaboration with Neo4j. Ontology is a method of structuring the meaning and relationships of internal corporate data, while GraphDB is a database that stores and analyzes the connections between data. Infosys is working with Neo4j to provide enterprise-centric graph technology solutions, targeting various industries such as finance, manufacturing, and utilities. In the Korean market, the focus is on semiconductors, manufacturing, and finance, with collaborations ongoing with companies like Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, and Shinhan Bank. Tak Jeong-soo, CEO of Infosys, emphasized that the competitiveness of AI depends on understanding the meaning and relationships of data, and stated plans to showcase the technologies and experiences accumulated at the AI Summit.
