Nexters is introduced as a company that encompasses game development, publishing, distribution, blockchain, and artificial intelligence (AI) businesses, and is building payment infrastructure to handle small and high-frequency transactions. Nexters connects game distribution and payment services through One Store and acquired a stake in One Store last June. Nexters Hub is based in Dubai and is working to discover game studios in the Middle East and Europe and promote publishing collaborations. Jang Hyun-guk, CEO of Nexters, stated that they will support the global expansion of Korean and UAE game companies by combining the collaboration network in Dubai with the capabilities of One Store.
