Puffer Partners with Anchorage Digital to Introduce Institutional-Grade Custody and Settlement Infrastructure
Puffer Finance has partnered with Anchorage Digital, which will provide institutional-grade custody services for the Puffer UniFi network. Anchorage Digital is the first federally chartered digital asset bank in the United States and will offer compliant custody, stablecoin infrastructure, and institutional payment capabilities for Puffer UniFi. Puffer Finance is building an Ethereum-based network for consistent execution and settlement aimed at institutions, trading platforms, and agent commercial scenarios. The two parties will work together to advance infrastructure development for stablecoin issuance and settlement, native on-chain clearing, institutional payments, and agent payments, with the goal of accelerating the native operations of traditional financial institutions on Ethereum.

Global markets on September 29 focused on the 10-year yield breaking above 5% and Anthropic’s IPO filing. On September 28, all three major equity indexes closed lower, with semiconductors and optical communications among the sectors that retreated. Anthropic’s filing showed high growth alongside large losses and $518 billion in cloud commitments. Its tokenized share traded near $2,002, down about 2% in 24 hours. Spot gold approached a two-month low near $4,118, while Bitcoin traded near $83,500.
