Sentrifuge Proposes Stock Conversion Plan for Each CFG Token
Sentrifuge has proposed a restructuring plan that allows one CFG token to be converted into one share of the company's stock. The final voting results and the actual schedule for stock conversion have not yet been finalized. The proposed ratio is one share for each CFG token, and the actual subscription price will be determined based on the market price of CFG at the time of conversion. Holders of more than 100,000 CFG can register directly on the shareholder register, while those holding less than 100,000 CFG can retain economic rights to the shares through a trust structure. All participants must meet the Know Your Customer (KYC) and legal requirements, and the eligibility of Korean investors to participate will be determined in subsequent documents. The conversion is not mandatory, and holders who do not participate can continue to hold or sell their CFG. Sentrifuge explained that the costs associated with the token listing contract act as a burden on the public token structure. The plan also includes a measure to halt the annual 3% token inflation of CFG upon completion of the conversion. Sentrifuge's total value locked (TVL) for the second quarter of 2026 is projected to be $1.6 billion. This proposal is a follow-up procedure to review the one-to-one stock conversion plan for CFG, and the conversion start date and application period will be announced after board approval.
