ARK Invest researcher identifies institutional adoption, RWA tokenization as Bitcoin catalysts

Lorenzo Valente, head of digital asset research at ARK Invest, stated that institutional adoption, broader tokenization of real-world assets (RWA), and stronger regulatory frameworks could drive the next Bitcoin bull cycle. Speaking at the European Blockchain Convention in Barcelona on Sept. 30, Valente noted the challenge in identifying specific catalysts for Bitcoin and the virtual asset market. However, he observed that investors are viewing November as a potential turning point and are preparing for it. He emphasized the need for more fund managers, banks, and brokers to enter the market for the crypto industry to expand, suggesting that RWA, tokenization, and vaults could become significant sources of products, services, or cash flow.
