BitMartf Announces Restructuring and Business Recovery Plan

BitMartf has announced a potential restructuring and business recovery plan, proposing a restructuring scheme as an alternative to a comprehensive liquidation. This plan may include a phased restoration of certain business operations and asset distribution to creditors, with specific arrangements subject to legal, financial, operational, and compliance evaluations. To facilitate the process, BitMart has appointed Weikai Law Firm as its legal advisor for the restructuring. Weikai will work with other professional consultants to assess feasible options and assist in formulating the restructuring plan. Currently, the advisory team is developing a roadmap, aiming to issue a follow-up notice no later than September 9, 2026.
