Coinbase Opens New Office in Singapore, Plans to Increase Staff to Approximately 200

Coinbase has opened a new office at One Raffles Quay in Singapore, covering an area of approximately 929 square meters, replacing its previous WeWork location at Collyer Quay. Coinbase plans to expand its workforce in Singapore from about 150 to approximately 200 employees by the end of 2026, covering customer service, engineering, compliance, and sales positions. Hassan Ahmed, Country Director of Coinbase Singapore, stated that the opening of the new office reflects the company's long-term confidence in Singapore as a global financial and digital asset hub.
