Former The Arena Advisor Accuses ROVE of Salary and Token Quota Arrears

Former ROVE Head of Growth and former The Arena advisor Amy Street has accused ROVE of failing to pay her salary and token quota. She stated that she resigned last year due to multiple instances of unpaid wages and has yet to receive the token amounts owed to her during her tenure, with outstanding salary and reimbursements still unpaid. Street claimed that her boss, Jason Desimone, had made a written promise to no longer delay payments, but after being informed on November 4 of last year that her October salary had been sent, she did not receive the funds. She resigned on November 12 in Abu Dhabi, and after her resignation, she was asked to sign a termination agreement in order to receive the final payment and token information. Street also mentioned that she had covered event expenses for colleagues, and some reimbursements have still not been received. Additionally, the ROVE application has been inaccessible for nearly a year, and users were not notified in advance to withdraw their assets. Desimone had promised on September 24 to restore access the following week, but as of now, she still cannot log in.
