On September 15, 2,900 rsETH tokens worth nearly $8 million were withdrawn from a Safe wallet. However, the hacker was alerted by a bot named "Yoink," which used the path to the funds set by the hacker, ensuring priority in the transaction. Safe, which employs a multisig system, allows for cryptocurrency management but also enables the addition of modules for automated investment management. In this case, an unauthorized person gained access to a trusted wallet path, leading to the theft. The funds were withdrawn through the exchange market on Uniswap, where valuable assets were exchanged for a token created by the attacker. The bot "Yoink" took the first position in the block, with 17.63 rsETH exchanged for 18.95 ETH, and 18.93 ETH sent to a validator as payment for including the transaction. The remaining 2,882.37 rsETH was sent to another address. Instead of gaining, the hacker lost his money to the bot.
