Ignas Exits Robinhood Meme Stock LP Position, Funds Shift to Solana
DeFi researcher Ignas stated that the popularity of Robinhood's meme stocks has waned, with the TVL of tokenized stocks on the Robinhood Chain remaining flat for two consecutive weeks, and the number of stocks destroyed exceeding the issuance. Ignas pointed out that if trading volume slows down, declining yields may lead to a decrease in holding willingness and increased selling pressure, resulting in LP exits and liquidity contraction. He has exited the meme stock LP position due to a significant drop in yields and believes the market needs new catalysts to drive the trend. Meanwhile, he noted that tokenized stocks on Solana are still rising, speculating that the trend of funds shifting from Robinhood to Solana may be more sustainable.
