Loans up to 1 billion UAH, state property rental, and business security
The Ukrainian government is developing measures to support businesses amid increasing Russian attacks. Enterprises will be offered preferential loans of up to 1 billion UAH to replenish working capital, simplify access to state property, and regulate operations during air alerts. Prime Minister Serhiy Korytsky announced plans aimed at ensuring stable supplies of food and goods. The main areas of support include: 1. Preferential loans of up to 1 billion UAH with a 5% compensation from the market rate for the purchase of necessary goods. 2. Simplified access to state assets with priority rental rights for businesses. 3. Recommendations for enterprises to operate during air alerts, allowing for uninterrupted supplies. This set of measures is aimed at preserving jobs and tax revenues. On September 3, the Cabinet of Ministers adapted the state's operations to the new tactics of attacks by introducing two levels of air alert.
