Robinhood Markets CEO Vladimir Tenev sold 259,166 shares of the company on September 21, 2026, at an average price of $125.58 per share, with a total transaction value of approximately $32.5456 million. This transaction was executed under his established Rule 10b5-1 plan. Tenev first automatically converted 259,166 shares of Class B common stock into Class A common stock, and then sold all of them. After the transaction, his direct holdings of Class A shares dropped to zero, while he still holds 6,907 shares indirectly through a Living Trust. The related Form 4 was submitted to the SEC on September 23.
