14.9 trillion won (10.8 billion dollars) in stablecoins was net withdrawn to overseas exchanges from South Korean won-market exchanges over the past 18 months. The data indicated that 14.9245 trillion won was net transferred abroad from exchanges including Upbit, Bithumb, Coinone, Korbit, and Gopax between January 2025 and June 2026. Net withdrawals represent the amount withdrawn minus deposits, showing the volume of stablecoins that left for overseas exchanges. Upbit accounted for 9.0914 trillion won (6.6 billion dollars), followed by Bithumb at 2.6502 trillion won (1.9 billion dollars), Coinone at 2.5662 trillion won (1.9 billion dollars), Korbit at 604.2 billion won (437.4 million dollars), and Gopax at 12.5 billion won (9.1 million dollars). The largest monthly net outflow was recorded in February 2025 at approximately 1.2049 trillion won (872.7 million dollars).
