The American cryptocurrency lobbying group Digital Chamber has submitted a second amicus curiae brief to the New York State Supreme Court, opposing the Bitcoin ownership claim made by the plaintiff using the pseudonym Noah Doe. The plaintiff seeks a court ruling affirming their ownership of 39,069 long-dormant Bitcoin addresses and the assets within them, arguing that these wallets constitute abandoned property.
