Kim Yo-jong Responds to Cryptocurrency Theft Allegations, Says Dialogue Requires U.S. to Abandon Hostile Policies
North Korean leader Kim Yo-jong issued a second statement regarding the Binance hacking incident, stating that dialogue with the United States remains an option for achieving peace, but it is not a necessity.
