Raoul Pal: Capital Shifts from AI Sector Back to Crypto Market

By: cointelegraph.com|10/06/2026 13:36:00

Raoul Pal, founder of Real Vision, stated that capital is beginning to rotate back from the AI sector into the crypto market. He believes that a weaker dollar is a key condition for further increases in crypto, while higher bond yields and a strong dollar continue to limit liquidity. If the dollar fails to weaken, the next best scenario is that AI stocks trade sideways, allowing funds to continue flowing into the crypto market. Pal pointed out that AI agents may bring more business to Ethereum and Solana in the future, as the software will use their smart contracts for transactions, while Bitcoin may miss out on much of the crypto economic activity generated by AI agents. He mentioned that Solana's core activity is speculation and is smaller in scale, while Ethereum has a higher concentration of capital.
